These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by CFP Electronics ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, communicating with us, or selling a device to us, you ("you," "user," or "seller") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
1. Eligibility
1.1. You must be at least 18 years of age or have the permission and presence of a parent or legal guardian to use our services.
1.2. You must have legal ownership or the full legal right to sell any device you offer to CashForPhones.
1.3. You agree to present a valid government-issued ID upon request for verification purposes.
2. Device Requirements
2.1. Devices sold to CFP Electronics must:
Not be reported lost or stolen.
2.2. CFP Electronics reserves the right to inspect all devices and decline any device at its sole discretion.
3. Transaction Process
3.1. All transactions are conducted in person at a mutually agreed upon location.
3.2. Once a device has been inspected and evaluated, a price offer will be made based on its condition, market value, and current demand.
3.3. If the offer is accepted, payment will be issued immediately via cash or electronic payment (e.g., Zelle, Cash App, or other agreed-upon method).
3.4. All sales are final. No returns or repurchases will be accepted after payment has been completed.
4. Fraud Prevention and Legal Compliance
4.1. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate and truthful.
4.2. CFP Electronics will report suspicious activity and cooperate with law enforcement as required.
4.3. Any attempt to sell stolen, counterfeit, or misrepresented devices may result in legal action.
5. Data Privacy and Device Reset
5.1. You are solely responsible for:
Backing up and removing personal data from your device.
Performing a factory reset.
Removing any SIM cards or memory cards prior to sale.
5.2. CFP Electronics is not responsible for any personal data left on the device after it is sold.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFP Electronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
The sale of your device.
Loss or misuse of personal data.
Disputes regarding device ownership or condition post-sale.
6.2. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid to you for the device.
7. Amendments
7.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
7.2. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
